MISSION

The Mission of Community Care of Wells County is to offer practical, emotional, and spiritual support to women, men, and children of Wells County who are seeking assistance with difficulties in their daily lives.

VISION

Community Care will help hurting people of Wells County by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through word and deed as we connect people with Relief, Rehabilitation, and Development, which glorifies God.

STRATEGY

We will achieve this vision by partnering with area churches, individuals, and like-minded organizations wanting to help persons move out of crisis into a safe and stable lifestyle as we connect them with loving people, resources, housing, and God for lasting life change.
